We are happy to say that you have the option to select from a 360° swivel alligator clip or a belt/slide clip. Both options are retractable.
Do you do custom designs, colors, etc?
YES! We do custom designs and colors. The time frame is 2-3 weeks for any custom design!
When will my item ship?
Our stated processing time is 1-5 business days before shipping.
What do I do if there’s a shipping issue?
We ship to the address provided by the buyer, and once an item is registered as in the possession of the USPS. Please contact your local postal office or call 1-800-ASK-USPS.
Please note our shop policies:
PROCESSING TIMES: All of our items are individually handmade. As such, current processing time (prior to shipping) is 1-5 BUSINESS days (not including shipping times). Business days are Monday thru Friday and exclude federal holidays and weekends.
SHIPPING TIME: Delivery is never guaranteed by any certain date. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and vary based on holidays, weather, USPS volume, etc
SHIPPING LIABILITY: We will ensure that your package is shipped, and when the package has been registered as accepted by the USPS, Crafty Bunch has no control, responsibility, or liability in the remainder of the USPS shipping and delivery process. Crafty Bunch is not liable or responsible for: delays in transit, damage in transit, lost mail, incorrect addresses entered by buyer, delivery to wrong address, or theft of mail / items marked delivered by USPS but not present. If you have any shipping issues, please contact your local post office or 1-800-ASK-USPS. Please note, first class mail does not include insurance to cover any shipping issues.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We guarantee our items against manufacturing defects for 14 days upon item delivery. If your item has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within the 14 day window. We do not accept returns and exchanges for any other reason or length of time, including accidental damage, excessive wear and tear, exceeding the amount of weight the reels are rated for, etc.
